INGREDIENTS for Sauce:
1 cup of Bourbon
1/2 cup cane syrup
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup demi glace
PROCEDURE for Sauce:
Flame off Bourbon and add the cane syrup and Worcestershire sauce.
Reduced by half
Add demi glace and serve
