INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground turkey
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning or seasoning salt
1 tablespoon Creole seasoning mix
1 egg
1/3 cup plain bread crumbs
1/4 cup KayLay's Caribbean Mumba Sauce with Garlic and Jalapenos
PROCEDURE
- Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
- Roll into 1 inch meatballs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximate 20 minutes or until cooked throughout. Do not over cook this will cause the meatballs to be dry.
- Remove from baking pan and put into slow cooker or sauce pan and add 2 cups of KayLays sauce or just enough to generously coat the meat balls. If using a sauce pan, turn burner on low to warm the sauce and to keep the meatballs warm until ready to serve.
- Serve warm.
