Body pulled from St. Tammany creek

ST. TAMMAMY (WWL) - Deputies pulled a body pulled from a creek in St. Tammany Parish Saturday morning.

Deputies pulled the body from a creek along Highway 190, just south of the Interstate-12 on ramp. Deputies identified the body pulled from the creek as Jacob St. Germain

, 32, was last seen Feb. 17, at the Daiquiris and Cream in Covington. He drove away in his 2008 Suzuki SUV.

Germain's vehicle was also recovered from the water.

St. Tammany deputies believe St. Germain was involved in a single car accident, and do not believe there was any foul play involved, but state police are now investigating the accident.
