Everything starts with hard work. Proper exercise techniques and instruction are important, but there has to be a drive to improve oneself as well. All the benefits from fitness can be obtained when a people prepare and sets their minds to the tasks at hand. The human body was not meant to be inactive; so use it. Push the body beyond its limits and see the rewards.
I am greatly interested in combining many different forms of training into one amazing program both for myself and my clients. The combination of old-time 1900s strongman techniques, today's breakthroughs in program designing, kettlebell training and modern free weight training truly make unique workouts.
