Coconut Shrimp from The Little Village

INGREDIENTS

6 Colossal Shrimp
1 cup Flour
Salt and Pepper to taste
pinch of Cayenne
1 egg with 2 tbls milk mixed well

PROCEDURE

  • Clean and devain shrimp
  • Dip shrimp in egg mixture, then roll in coconut and flour (Shredded Coconut mixed with One cup of Flour)
  • Deep fry at 350 degrees

Sauce

INGREDIENTS

3 Tablespoons Home made Orange Marmalade (store bought will do)
2 Tablespoons Pure Horseradish
PROCEDURE: Mix together well
