Peach Soup from Holly Clegg

Sensational cold soup and so easy to mix together.  For a social gathering, serve the soup in a punch bowl and use punch cups.

1 1/2 pounds peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced or 1 (1-pound 12-ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon almond extract

PROCEDURE: Puree peaches in food processor until smooth.  Add yogurt, orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, sugar, and almond extract, blending until smooth.  Refrigerate and serve chilled.

Makes 10 servings
