BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Detectives are looking for a woman accused of abusing an elderly person she was supposed to be caring for.
According to reports, Theresa Courtney, 58, was supposed to pay bills and buy groceries for the 86-year-old victim.
The victim's mortgage was several months behind and Courtney was allegedly letting the victim go hungry.
Detectives say she threatened to burn down the family's home if they didn't help her get a loan.
