Ribs from Texas Roadhouse

INGREDIENTS

2-3 lbs. Pork ribs
Favorite seasoning
1/2 cup liquid smoke
1 and 1/2 cup water
Favorite BBQ sauce
 
PROCEDURE

Generously season pork ribs on both sides.  Place in deep pan preferable on a rack (a cake pan works great).  Pour liquid smoke and water in the bottom of the pan not on top of the ribs.  Bake in 300 degree for 4.5 to 5.5 hours.  Place ribs on grill and baste with sauce 4 minutes on both sides.
