1 and 1/2 cups uncooked Cajun Country Rice 1 lb. Louisiana crawfish tails with the fat 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of onion soup 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper 4 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted 2 tsp. Cajun seasoning 2 dashes hot sauce 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 and 1/2 cups chicken broth optional: add 1/2 lb. crabmeat
PROCEDURE: combine all ingredients in a 9x13 casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6.
