Yield 4-6 portions
INGREDIENTS
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Garlic
1 Teaspoon Butter
1/4 Cup Sweet Vermouth
1/4 Cup Toasted Sliced Almonds
Salt and Pepper to taste
PROCEDURE
- Start with 2 gallons of boiling water. Drop green beans in water for 4 minutes. Immediately strain and shock in ice water.
- Get a medium sized saute pan hot and add your oil, garlic and green beans. Saute for two minute or until heated through and the Sweet Vermouth. Once the alcohol has burned out add the butter and almonds. Salt and Pepper to taste.
