Healthy Zydeco Pasta from Crawfishtown USA

Serves 2 people


2 chicken breast
1/2 cup chopped Andouille
2 cloves chopped garlic
2 cups of your favorite fresh vegetables
Crawfish Town USA Cajun Seasoning
4 ounces Extra Virgin Olive Oil
20 ounces cooked fettuccini pasta


  • In a medium skillet cook the chicken breast.
  • Once cooked remove and keep warm.
  • In the same skillet saute Andouille and all vegetables until tender.
  • Toss in cooked pasta. Drizzle in extra virgin olive oil. Pour into 2 bowls and place the chicken breast on each pasta.
