2 chicken breast 1/2 cup chopped Andouille 2 cloves chopped garlic 2 cups of your favorite fresh vegetables Crawfish Town USA Cajun Seasoning 4 ounces Extra Virgin Olive Oil 20 ounces cooked fettuccini pasta
In a medium skillet cook the chicken breast.
Once cooked remove and keep warm.
In the same skillet saute Andouille and all vegetables until tender.
Toss in cooked pasta. Drizzle in extra virgin olive oil. Pour into 2 bowls and place the chicken breast on each pasta.
