BBQ Shrimp Appetizer from Cou-Yon's


1/2 Pound of Peeled Shrimp 21/25
1/2 lb Butter
1 oz LA Hot Sauce, Tabasco Sauce, or personal preference
2 oz Worcestershire Sauce
1 and 1/2 tspn granulated garlic
1 and 1/2 tspn ground black pepper
1 and 1/2 tspn ground white pepper
Fresh Thyme
Fresh Rosemary


  • Melt butter in saucepan while adding hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning over low heat.  Add shrimp and cook until tender.
  • Serve shrimp with butter sauce in shallow bowl and garlic French bread for dipping.
