Cajun Pasta from Niche


1 tbl butter
4-6 julienne green bell pepper
4-6 julienne red onion
1 pinch of curry
1 pinch of red pepper flakes
4 oz diced chicken
2 oz andouille sausage
8 oz marinara
4-6 oz pasta


  • Saute Green Bell Pepper and Red Onion in Butter.
  • Add Diced Chicken and Andouille Sausage, sprinkle with curry and red pepper flakes.
  • Once meats are cooked… add in marinara.
  • Prepare pasta separately.
  • Serve over Pasta
