INGREDIENTS
1 tbl butter
4-6 julienne green bell pepper
4-6 julienne red onion
1 pinch of curry
1 pinch of red pepper flakes
4 oz diced chicken
2 oz andouille sausage
8 oz marinara
4-6 oz pasta
PROCEDURE
- Saute Green Bell Pepper and Red Onion in Butter.
- Add Diced Chicken and Andouille Sausage, sprinkle with curry and red pepper flakes.
- Once meats are cooked… add in marinara.
- Prepare pasta separately.
- Serve over Pasta
