Tiger Slaw from Chef Scott Duplantis


4 cups Thin Sliced Purple Cabbage

3 cups thin sliced yellow bell peppers

1 and 1/2 cups thin sliced white cabbage

1 cup shredded carrots

1 each thin sliced purple onion

1 bunch thin sliced green onion

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

PROCEDURE:Mix all dry ingredients together and set aside for dressing


INGREDIENTS for dressing

2 cups mayonnaise

1/2 cup white vinegar

1/4 cup Worcestershire

1/3 cup granulated sugar

2 tblsp tiger sauce

Hot sauce to taste

1 tblsp Cajun seasoning

1 tblsp black pepper

2 tblsp granulated garlic


Whisk all ingredients together and mix as needed with cabbage mixture 1/2 hour before serving and refrigerate so flavors can marry and vegetables can soften.
