INGREDIENTS
4 oz. lump crabmeat
4 oz chopped boiled shrimp
4 oz remoulade sauce
4 oz mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 oz tiger sauce
4 oz parmesan cheese
6, 6 oz tilapia fillets
PROCEDURE
- mix all ingredients
- butterfly tilapia fillets
- lightly season fish
- overstuff the mix into the butterfly fillets
- drizzle parmesan over exposed stuffing
- place in preheated oven at 400 degrees
- cook for 10-12 minutes
- serve and enjoy
