Graeter's helps Yellow Ribbon Support Center

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - Graeter's Ice Cream will be helping the Yellow Ribbon Support Group by accepting donations for the troops who are fighting the war on terror Friday, September 10.

Graeter's, at 8533 Beechmont Avenue, will be collecting for the Yellow Ribbon fund all day. Also 10 percent of purchases from the "Wish List Table" will go to the center.

Graeter's will have Keith Maupin of the Yellow Ribbon Center at the store from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.

The donations and contributions will be packed up and sent to soldiers that are deployed Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.

Requests from the soldier's wish lists are welcome.

    The Mississippi Highway Patrol is looking for a driver who ran away from the scene of a deadly crash in George County. Three children were killed in the crash. Troopers said a green 2003 Kia Optima was heading east on Highway 198, east of Depot Road, shortly before 4 p.m. on Saturday.
