8 Teaspoons "Red Stick Spice Company" Balsamic Chicken Rub
8 Tablespoons of "Red Stick Spice Company" Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 Teaspoons of Parmesan Cheese
2 Teaspoons of Brown Sugar
4 Teaspoons of "Red Stick Spice Company" Champagne Pear Balsamic Vinegar

DIRECTIONS
Mix ingredients thoroughly.

USES:

  • Toss mixture with salad to use as a salad dressing.
  • Place 4 to 6 chicken breasts or pork tenderloin in mixture and refrigerate in a covered dish overnight to use as a meat marinade. Grill or bake the marinated chicken or pork.
