Groups report oil sightings

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, the Louisiana Army National Guard and local governments have released a report outlining where the oil has impacted the state.

It includes oil sightings from Plaquemines, Jefferson, Lafourche and Terrebonne parishes.

As expected, Plaquemines Parish has been most affected by the oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico.

The information was released by the Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness.
