Jalapeno Poppers from Cou-Yon's

INGREDIENTS

3 whole pickled jalapenos
8 oz of cream cheese
8 oz chopped beef brisket
Egg wash
Bread Crumb mix of your choice
 
PROCEDURE

  • Slice open each jalapeno and clean the seeds out
  • Mix chopped brisket with cream cheese
  • Stuff cheese mix in each jalapeno
  • Dip jalapenos in egg wash
  • Roll in bread crumbs
  • Repeat egg wash and bread crumbs
  • Fry in oil at 350 degrees until golden brown
