- Heat olive oil in a sauté pan.
- Add your 16-20 peeled shrimp (tails on) and cook for approximately 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden brown
- Once the shrimp are browned, add white wine, worchestire, hot sauce and all remaining ingredients except butter.
- When the wine is cooked out, reduce heat and add butter for the sauce.
