Shrimp Extravaganza from The Carriage House at The Myrtles Plantation

INGREDIENTS

Olive oil
White wine
Worchestire
Hot sauce
Black pepper
Salt
Cayenne
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Fresh minced garlic
Fresh chopped parsley
Fresh rosemary
1lb, 16-20 shrimp
Butter

PROCEDURE

  • Heat olive oil in a sauté pan.
  • Add your 16-20 peeled shrimp (tails on) and cook for approximately 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden brown
  • Once the shrimp are browned, add white wine, worchestire, hot sauce and all remaining ingredients except butter.
  • When the wine is cooked out, reduce heat and add butter for the sauce.
