Chile Relleno from Sarita's

Tomatillo Sauce
1 cup of water
5 green tamatoes
1 jalapeño

  • Boil for 20 minutes; Onced cooked blend it with 4 tbs. Half and half.


2 poblano peppers
1/2 a pound of taco meat
1/2 a cup of chedder cheese

  • Stuff poblano pepper with with meat and cheese
  • Pour your tomatillo sauce on the stuffed pepper
  • Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes
