Tomatillo Sauce
1 cup of water
5 green tamatoes
1 jalapeño
- Boil for 20 minutes; Onced cooked blend it with 4 tbs. Half and half.
Relleno
2 poblano peppers
1/2 a pound of taco meat
1/2 a cup of chedder cheese
- Stuff poblano pepper with with meat and cheese
- Pour your tomatillo sauce on the stuffed pepper
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes
