Beth River's Shrimp Stuffed Bellpeppers

1 1/2 Stick Butter
1 small bag of seasoning blend
1 lb. shrimp peeled

saute above items

add 1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 cups cooked rice
1 egg

4-6 bellpeppers cut and seeded
spoon mixture into peppers
top with breadcrumbs
add 1 cup water to bottom of pan
bake covered 45 minutes at 425 degrees
uncover and bake an additional 15minutes to
brown breadcrumbs
