INGREDIENTS
12oz dough ball
2oz pesto sauce
2 roma tomatoes (sliced)
4oz shrimp (pre-boiled)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
5oz mozzarella cheese
PROCEDURE
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Stretch 12oz dough ball into a 12" circle
- Spread pesto sauce in a circle leaving a 1" crust
- Sprinkle cheese over sauced area
- Evenly place tomatoes, garlic, and shrimp
- Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 12 minutes
