12" Pesto Marguerite Pizza from Rotolo's

INGREDIENTS

12oz dough ball
2oz pesto sauce
2 roma tomatoes (sliced)
4oz shrimp (pre-boiled)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
5oz mozzarella cheese

PROCEDURE

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Stretch 12oz dough ball into a 12" circle
  • Spread pesto sauce in a circle leaving a 1" crust
  • Sprinkle cheese over sauced area
  • Evenly place tomatoes, garlic, and shrimp
  • Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 12 minutes
