Rite Aid shooting trial underway

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A jury has been seated in the trial of a Baton Rouge teen accused of shooting three people.

Michael Nicholas was 15-years-old when he allegedly shot three people at the Plank Road Rite Aid in 2008.  A fourth person was shot at, but escaped without injury.

Nicholas will be tried as an adult on four counts of attempted second degree murder.

The victims in the shooting are expected to testify during the trial.
