Krewes change parade times due to Super Bowl

NEW ORLEANS (WAFB) - All of Louisiana will have to be ready to party for almost a full month with the Super Bowl falling right in the middle of Mardi Gras season, but some krewes have decided to push up their parades because of the big game.

In Terrebonne Parish, the krewes of Hyacinthians and Titans will roll more than an hour earlier.

In LaRose, the Krewe of Versailles will start at 11 a.m. instead of noon.

Thibodaux's Krewe of Ambrosia rolls at 12:30 and will be followed by Shaka, so people can get where they need to for the 5:30 kickoff.
