BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A popular Baton Rouge restaurant that specializes in barbecue was robbed at gunpoint on Jan. 14.
According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, the suspect walked into Voodoo Barbecue and Grill on Nicholson Drive around 9:20 with a gun in hand and demanded money.
He grabbed the loot and ran away. A surveillance camera inside snapped an image of the suspect.
He is described as 5'7" - 5'9" with a medium build. Police think he is 21 - 25 years old with brown skin. He wore a gray hooded jacket, jeans and an orange bandana over part of his face.
Investigators did not say how much money the robber got away with.
