Sideline Shrimp Dip from Tony Chachere's

serves 12-16


2 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
1/4 cup Celery, chopped
1/4 cup Onion, chopped
1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Tb Garlic, chopped
4 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Sour Cream


  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  • Add 3 Tb Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning.
  • Add shrimp and cook until transparent and pink. Drain and cool.
  • In a food processor, chop celery, onion, pepper, and garlic.
  • Add cream cheese and sour cream.
  • Remove from food processor and fold in shrimp.
  • Season with Tony's and serve.
