2 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning 1/4 cup Celery, chopped 1/4 cup Onion, chopped 1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped 1 Tb Garlic, chopped 4 oz. Cream Cheese 1/2 cup Sour Cream
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Add 3 Tb Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning.
Add shrimp and cook until transparent and pink. Drain and cool.
In a food processor, chop celery, onion, pepper, and garlic.
