Kickin' Chicken from Tony Chachere's


4 lb Chicken Wings
Tony Chachere's Seasoned Fish Fry
Peanut Oil
1 cup Tony Chachere's Bacon Barbeque Marinade
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Melted Butter
Tony Chachere's More Spice Seasoning
Celery, Carrot and Radish sticks and slices


  • Rinse wings in cool water and drain.
  • Toss in Fish fry.
  • Prepare a fryer with oil to 370 degrees.
  • Fry wings for 7 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.
  • Meanwhile, combine marinade, ketchup, sugar, and butter.
  • When wings are still hot, toss in Kickin' Sauce, then sprinkle with seasoning.
  • Serve with celery, carrot and radish sticks and Creole Onion Dip.
