4 lb Chicken Wings Tony Chachere's Seasoned Fish Fry Peanut Oil 1 cup Tony Chachere's Bacon Barbeque Marinade 1/2 cup Ketchup 1/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar 1/4 cup Melted Butter Tony Chachere's More Spice Seasoning Celery, Carrot and Radish sticks and slices
Rinse wings in cool water and drain.
Toss in Fish fry.
Prepare a fryer with oil to 370 degrees.
Fry wings for 7 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.
Meanwhile, combine marinade, ketchup, sugar, and butter.
When wings are still hot, toss in Kickin' Sauce, then sprinkle with seasoning.
Serve with celery, carrot and radish sticks and Creole Onion Dip.
