BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Police need the public's help to find a man they say beat two people, both while they were sleeping.
Police say Thomas W. Joseph was staying with his first alleged victim on Sept. 13, when they say he stabbed the victim with a steak knife.
Joseph is also accused of beating a second person with an ashtray nearly two weeks later.
