Buffalo Chicken Dip

INGREDIENTS

3 – 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Buffalo hot wing sauce
Blue Cheese dressing
Cheddar cheese
Chips

PROCEDURE

  • Boil chicken in large pot of water until tender… about an hour. 
  • You should be able to shred easily with a fork. 
  • Shred all chicken and place in casserole dish. 
  • Add buffalo hot wing sauce to taste.  It's best to marinate overnight.
  • Top with Blue Cheese dressing and cheddar cheese. 
  • Bake in 400 degree oven for about 30 – 45 minutes. Cheese just needs to melt.  Enjoy.
