INGREDIENTS
3 – 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Buffalo hot wing sauce
Blue Cheese dressing
Cheddar cheese
Chips
PROCEDURE
- Boil chicken in large pot of water until tender… about an hour.
- You should be able to shred easily with a fork.
- Shred all chicken and place in casserole dish.
- Add buffalo hot wing sauce to taste. It's best to marinate overnight.
- Top with Blue Cheese dressing and cheddar cheese.
- Bake in 400 degree oven for about 30 – 45 minutes. Cheese just needs to melt. Enjoy.
