By Jeff Morrow - bio | email3 1/2 cups Bisquick Baking Mix1 pound bulk hot sausage (uncooked)8 ounces extra sharp cheddar cheese (grated)Cayenne pepper to tasteMix Bisquick and sausage together well. Add grated cheese, then pepper. Blend well. Shape into 3/4 inch balls. Bake on a cookie sheet at 375-400° for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
