3 1/2 cups Bisquick Baking Mix
1 pound bulk hot sausage (uncooked)
8 ounces extra sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
Cayenne pepper to taste
Mix Bisquick and sausage together well. Add grated cheese, then pepper. Blend well. Shape into 3/4 inch balls. Bake on a cookie sheet at 375-400° for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
