- Put bread crumbs and chopped walnuts in a food processor.
- Blend to a rough consistency.
- Dust chicken breasts with flour. Drop them in an egg/milk mix.
- Then roll chicken breasts in chopped walnut/bread crumb mixture.
- In a saute pan over medium heat, swirl 4 oz. olive oil
- Add the crusted chicken
- Cook 2 minutes per side.
- Place in a 375 degree oven for about 3 minutes or until chicken is a nutty brown color.
