CHICKEN
Put bread crumbs and chopped walnuts in a food processor.
Blend to a rough consistency.
Dust chicken breasts with flour. Drop them in an egg/milk mix.
Then roll chicken breasts in chopped walnut/bread crumb mixture.
In a saute pan over medium heat, swirl 4 oz. olive oil
Add the crusted chicken
Cook 2 minutes per side.
Place in a 375 degree oven for about 3 minutes or until chicken is a nutty brown color.
VEGETABLES
In a saute pan, cook baby corn, and sliced green pepper, onion, green onion and 1 ½ tsp sesame seeds over high heat for one minute.
Add 2 oz. soy sauce. Toss to coat and allow to boil.
