Pumpkin Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 box devil food cake mix
1 can 100% pure pumpkin

PROCEDURE

  • Preheat oven 400 degrees F.
  • Mix together it will be thick. DO NOT ADD ANY LIQUID, OIL OR EGGS!
  • Grease  a 1- 9 inch cake pan pour batter into pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cake will be dense.

Note: You do not have to garnish cake, if you  would like too you can use: cream cheese, caramel chocolate, grated chocolate, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, toffee, favorite chopped candy bar, whipped topping, ice cream, nuts (pecans, peanuts, walnuts) and cherries.

 

Note: If diabetic use 1 box Sweet & Low chocolate cake mix. Use Splenda when making cream cheese  topping.  

 

 Calories: without topping 154 slice

              with topping 200 per slice
