6.5 oz. Sea Fare Jumbo Lump Crab Meat 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped 2 Tbsp mayonnaise 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 1 Tbsp chives, chopped 1 Tbsp lime juice 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard 2 tsp Monterrey jack Cheese, grated 1 tsp hot sauce 1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning 1/2 French baguette, sliced diagonally into 1/4 inch slices
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F and place top rack in over 4 inches from broiler
Line cookie sheet with foil and set aside.
In medium mixing bowl, combine crab neat, peppers, mayonnaise, parsley, chives, lime juice, mustard, cheese, hot sauce and seasoning.
Spread one tablespoon of crab mixture on each slice of bread.
Place crostini on lines cookie sheet and broil until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
