INGREDIENTS
6.5 oz. Sea Fare Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp chives, chopped
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp Monterrey jack Cheese, grated
1 tsp hot sauce
1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 French baguette, sliced diagonally into 1/4 inch slices
PROCEDURE
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees F and place top rack in over 4 inches from broiler
- Line cookie sheet with foil and set aside.
- In medium mixing bowl, combine crab neat, peppers, mayonnaise, parsley, chives, lime juice, mustard, cheese, hot sauce and seasoning.
- Spread one tablespoon of crab mixture on each slice of bread.
- Place crostini on lines cookie sheet and broil until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
