INGREDIENTS
6 oz chicken breast
Cajun Seasoning to taste
Pecot bread crumbs
Milk bath
Olive oil
Crawfish Etouffee (Your favorite)
Spaghetti Noodles
PROCEDURE
- Take chicken breast and sprinkle Cajun seasoning to taste on both side of breast. Dip breast into milk bath and then coat into bread crumbs.
- Pour a tablespoon of olive oil in bottom of skillet and heat. Put breast in pan and turn in 3 minutes. Let cook another 3 minutes on other side.
- Boil spaghetti noodles and drain. Put noodles in mixing bowl and pour some juice from the etouffee over it and toss well.
- Put Noodles on platter and then place cooked breast on top of noodles. Pour heavy portion of Crawfish etouffee over chicken breast.
