Blueberry White Chocolate Bread Pudding w/ Rum Sauce
16 oz. Sugar
7 eggs
1 oz. vanilla
16. oz blueberries
6 oz. White Chocolate Chips
1 Loaf of french bread
1 quart whole milk
Mix sugar, eggs, and vanilla first, then add 1 quart of milk. Mix well, but do not over do. Fold bread in until covered with liquid. Fold in blueberries and white chocolate. Place in a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour a and 15 minutes on an electric oven or 45 minutes on a convection.
Rum Sauce:
1 stick of butter
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 a shot of Butter Shots Rum or whatever rum you may have
Cook ingredients in a sauce pan over a low heat and bring to a slow boil, stirring constantly. Add 1/2 quart of heavy cram and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Pour over finished Bread Pudding.
