INGREDIENTS
2 medium yellow onions chopped
1 branch celery chopped
4 medium green bell peppers chopped
2 medium red bell peppers chopped
3 and 1/2 Tbsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp tarragon
1 Tbsp basil
2 tsp oregano
1 Tbsp white pepper
1 ½ tsp cracked fennel
4 oz lemon juice
2 Tbsp chopped garlic
6 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp cayenne
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup red vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup vegetable oil
PROCEDURE: Mix all ingredients and use as needed.
