The Baton Rouge Police Department is looking for Gilbert Arvies Jr. on charges of stalking, improper telephone communication and simple assault.
He is accused of calling a woman and leaving threatening messages.
According to reports, she told Arvies to stop calling her but he wouldn't.
In fact, she told police he called her 43 times in one day.
She said he threatened to kill her and she fears for her life.
