1/3 lb of smoked turkey
Salt and Pepper to taste
tlb chopped onions
tlb chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup fresh spinach
tlb bell peppers
four chopped mushrooms
3 eggs
Swiss cheese
Mix eggs well. Sautee veggies and mix in raw eggs. Add smoked turkey. Pour in hot skillet with butter. Flip when one side is done and then add cheese.
Serve.
