3 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 onion, sliced 16 ounces sliced rib eye Cheez Whiz, heated until liquid and smooth 4 six or seven inch crusty Italian rolls Southern All Purpose Seasoning 1/4 cup jalapeno peppers (sliced) 1/4 cup our special Tiger Sauce
Heat an iron skillet or a non-stick pan over medium heat and add
3 tablespoons of oil to the pan. Saute the onions and jalapenos to desired doneness.
Add the rib eye, season to taste with Southern All Purpose Seasoning and chop until desired texture.
Add Tiger Sauce to meat.
Divide equally between 4 rolls. Pour over with Cheez Whiz.
