The Louisiana Office of the Attorney General is looking for Charles Franklin, Jr., also known as "Boom."
It seems to be a fitting name for the 39-year-old.
He allegedly entered into contracts with two different people, promised to replace their roofs, took their money, and then boom, he was gone.
The victims say Franklin never showed up with supplies nor did he do any work on their homes.
Franklin has been arrested numerous times in the past.
